Procedure for Renting School Facility

The Kell Grade School facility is available to community groups/members for certain, approved uses. Examples of those uses would include birthday parties in the gym, community fundraisers, and academic meetings. To rent the school facility, interested groups must fill out and submit the Application and Contract form to the district no fewer than 5 days before the event. Upon approval, the group will be notified of when and how to gain access to the facility. Groups using the facility will be required to provide proof of their own liability insurance, a $100 refundable deposit, and a $50 non-refundable user fee.
